Seminar-Style Classrooms and WritingEmpowering students as writers should mean empowering students as thinkers, researchers, and speakers. This workshop will look at ways to make all aspects of the classroom student-centered. We will discuss what a seminar-style classroom might look like; we will discuss the ways speech, writing, thinking, and research are interconnected; and we will discuss ways to integrate the seminar with writing.
